Surfing is a big one in our list of the three S’s, but that is just a fraction of the adventure we provide! The excursions, food, culture, wellness, and experiences are just a few of the ingredients we include in designing our retreats. All of which will combine to create memories (and friendships!) that will last a lifetime. Here’s a quick recap of some of the adventure you will encounter while on our retreats!

 
 

ZIP LINING

Soaring above the jungle canopy, wizzing by howler monkeys, and experiencing breathtaking views of the countries pristine landscapes, our guided zip lining tours are adrenaline pumping and surely not to be missed!


HORSEBACK RIDING

We all love a great sunset, but you haven’t truly lived until you are galloping on horseback along the beach in Costa Rica during an amazing sunset. We now offer guided horseback riding tours through the jungle in both Costa Rica and El Salvador! A truly unique and once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get off the beaten path and experience the true jungle terrain.


HIKING

Hiking is one of the most adventurous and rewarding ways to explore a new landscape. In El Salvador, we offer a hike to the incredible Taminique Waterfalls. Just a short ride away, we will hike through the jungle to a series of waterfalls that will absolutely take your breath away! We’ll even have an opportunity to jump from a 25 foot cliff to a swimming hole below!

Sweating & Centering

In addition to the adrenaline pumping zip lining and cliff diving, we must realign our bodies and recenter our minds. Through our expertly crafted yoga classes and “Processing Playground” led by Pixie, we will focus our intention on growth and wellness both physically and mentally.

YOGA

Pixie has been teaching yoga to beginners and experienced practitioners for over a decade. Not only is she is well versed in the various aspects of the physical practice, but also she has also gone beyond to study fields such as trauma informed yoga, vinyasa yoga, the subtle body, Kundalini, restorative yoga, injury management, and pranayama. 

In the room, Pixie cultivates a welcoming, soulful environment where you will get to explore your physical and emotional boundaries. Here, you have the opportunity to open yourself to the possibility of going further, diving deeper and embracing what you are truly capable of. It is her hope that you will take all of the lessons you learn on the mat with you - bringing your light and your joy out into the world!

Cori Dombroski

As a pillar of the fitness industry, Pixie collaborates with a number of other inspiring teachers who she wants to celebrate. On this adventure, Pixie has invited Cori Dombroski (500 RYT) who will be sharing her gifts by leading additional yoga classes every morning.

Processing Playground

Processing playgrounds are a unique experience that Pixie has created by consolidating the years of learning and practicing with her favorite mentors, various modalities of self knowing and self love, and the spice of her life’s journey. In the Processing Playgrounds we focus on who we have become, who we are aspiring to be, what we need to shed, what we need to shine light on, with a focus on what and how we are going to manifest and create in our future.

Our retreats are fully designed around world class surfing destinations. From beginner to expert, there are waves for everybody and anybody! Each retreat comes packed with surf. Our team offers lessons, board rentals, and day trips to iconic surf locations. Have you always dreamed of surfing, but never had the opportunity? We make it incredibly accessible, easy, and safe to feed your new found ocean addiction.

From the classroom to the beach, we offer expert surf lessons to get you popping up on the right foot! You will have the opportunity to learn the science behind the surf and ocean safety as well as warm ups, exercises, and form to get you fully prepared to take on the waves.
